Biographical/Background Information David grew up in Germany as a missionary child. He has worked in Thailand teaching English as a second language. Together with his wife Melinda, he worked at Holsby Brunn Torchbearers Bible School in Sweden and as faculty at North Greenville University in South Carolina before joining Prairie Bible Institute.
