Prairie College of Applied Arts & TechnologyPrairie Bible Institute has proudly launched Canada’s first college deliberately created to offer vocational training in conjunction with Christian education. This new college is the only one of its kind dedicated to Christian post-secondary vocational programming - enabling students to fulfill roles within both the professional world and the worldwide ministry of the Church. Prairie College of Applied Arts & Technology offers a variety of programs in the areas of health care, early childhood education and the environment. These programs are offered as a result of demonstrated student interest as well as international and North American employment and international ministry opportunities. We are pleased to be partnering with Bow Valley College, Olds College, Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) and Lethbridge Community College in offering these programs. Graduates of the 2-year programs will receive a two-year Associate of Arts in Religious Studies that includes Bible and theology courses taught by Prairie faculty. Within the same two years students will also have earned a provincially recognized diploma or certificate in their chosen vocational field. In total, students receive three years worth of education for the price and length of two years. |
