WHAT IT IS

A form that tells the Registrar's Office whether you plan to return next year. If you say 'yes' or 'not sure,' we prepare materials so that you can register for next year's classes before Fall.

WHAT IT ISN'T

An application to graduate; a commitment to return or pay money, or a promise to marry somebody; an unimportant form.

WHO NEEDS TO FILL IT OUT

You. Every student except those on the Explore/Discover program (Click Here for your form).

• 'But I'm graduating.' Some grads return on another program. Please fill it out.
• 'I'm going on my BAM Internship next year.' You'll be enrolled in the Internship. Please fill it out (mark 'Yes, I plan to return').
• 'I'm not returning.' We need to know so we don't keep asking you for your plans. Please fill it out.
• 'I'm graduating next year.' Please fill it out.
