WHAT IT IS

A form that tells the Registrar's Office whether you plan to return next year. If you say 'yes' or 'not sure,' we prepare materials so that you can register for next year's classes before Fall.

WHAT IT ISN'T

An application to graduate; a commitment to return, pay money, or become the Prairie mascot; an unimportant form.

WHO NEEDS TO FILL IT OUT

You.  Every Discover and Explore Students & Intern (Click Here for Non-Discover/Explore student form)

• 'But I'm graduating.' Some grads return on another program. Please fill it out.
• 'I'm not returning.' We need to know so we don't keep asking you for your plans. Please fill it out.
• 'I'm graduating next year.' Please fill it out.
