Congregational Life
Prairie’s commitment and relationship to the Church
One of Prairie’s core values is The Importance of the People of God: His Church - We acknowledge the central position of the Church in God’s plan to build His kingdom and seek to build His people through intentional discipleship and accountability as they are prepared to assume their role in the Body of Christ. (Acts 2:42-47)
Prairie’s expectation for student participation in congregational life
The Community Covenant affirms the biblical standard of, “The call to gathering and active responsibility within the local church, which forms the basic biblically-mandated context for Christian living.” You are expected to discern a local congregation and then participate faithfully in its worship and life.
