Application Checklist • Online Application Form – Complete in its entirety. • A paper based application may be found in our catalogue or downloaded by clicking here. (a $35 application fee will apply only for paper applications) • Pastor's Reference - Sign the "Waiver Statement" and give it to your Pastor, Youth Pastor, Elder, Deacon, Sunday school teacher, or Christian club leader (cannot be a relative). • General Reference - Sign the "Waiver Statement" and give it to an adult Christian friend (a non-relative age 21 or over). • Fill out the Online Reference form here, at your convenience. • Transcripts - Request transcripts from your previous high school and college/university (if you are still in high school, send your interim high school transcript with your application and make arrangements to have your final transcript sent after you graduate). • Additional Program Requirements. Individual programs may have uniquie program specific requirements. Please consult the appropriate academic catalogue for more information. • Aviation Students - Financial Worksheet & Aviation Essay (please refer to the program page for details) • Home-based Learners - We welcome home-based learners to apply to Prairie. In addition to the application, please submit a completed Admissions Profile for Home-based Learners. Note: False information supplied will result in the applicant being expelled or not admitted.
