Application
To apply to study at Prairie you must submit a completed application form to the Admissions Office. After applying an Admissions Counselor will contact you and walk with you through the process leading right up to your arrival on campus. To Apply Online, click the button below.

A completed application includes:
1. Application form (Apply on-line and save $35!)
2. Your written testimony (see instructions on application form).
3. References. We require two reference forms to complete your file. One is to be submitted from a Pastor or church leader, the other is a general reference. References must be non-relatives who are at least 21 years of age. Be sure to: fill in your name and address at the top of each form; read, date, and sign the waiver statement; supply each reference with a stamped envelope marked "confidential" and addressed to the Admissions Office. 4. Transcripts. Request transcripts from your high school and any post-secondary institutions you have attended. If you are enrolled when you apply, be sure to request a final transcript upon completion of studies. All transcripts must be in English or accompanied by a notarized English translation, and must be sent directly from the school(s) you attended to the Admissions Office.
Prairie welcomes Home-based (home-schooled) students.
If you are a home-based learners and are unable to provide official transcripts, you must read and complete the Admissions Profile for Home-Based Learners [pdf]
Please Note:
1) Be sure to complete the application form in full as leaving blanks can delay processing of your application.
2) If you are applying using the paper application package please mail the completed forms along with a $35 paper application fee). International students (except from USA) must submit an additional $50 non-refundable international application fee (total application fee for international students is $85 for paper-based application and $50 for on-line application).
3) All documents submitted for admission or transfer credit evaluation become the property of Prairie Bible Institute and will not be returned to or photocopied for the applicant. Documents that can not be replaced should not be submitted, rather, certified copies should be sent.
4) Applications are accepted year-round, but applicants submitting after June 1 (Fall Semester) or Oct 15 (Winter Semester) will be charged a $35 late application fee.
