Education B.R.E. Mountain View Bible College M.R.Ed., Canadian Theological Seminary D.Min., Canadian Theological Seminary Background & Involvement at Prairie A farm boy from Saskatchewan, Dr. Punter has pastored 12 years with nine of those years in two church plants, seven years as Christian School Superintendent and four years as a Camp Director. He has taught 15 years at five different Bible Colleges coming to Prairie in 2003 to take the role of Bible College Dean, and teaching in the Teacher Ed program; 2007-2008 as Provost/VP of Education, and returning to the Prairie Bible College Dean June 2008 also continuing as VP of Education. July 8, 2008 marked 40 years in ministry.
