World Changers Forum 2012
Prairie Bible Institute is pleased to partner with World Vision Canada for this year’s World Changers Annual Church Leaders Forum. The 2012 edition is entitled World Changers: Engaging and Empowering Youth to Respond to the Needs of their World. This event will be held in cities across Canada and is designed to provide Christian leaders with resources to respond effectively to the many issues the Canadian Church faces.
Al Mertes, Professor of Youth Ministries at Prairie Bible College is the featured speaker this year. With 22 years of experience in Youth Ministry, we are thrilled that he will be able to engage local church leaders and give insight on how to build effective youth ministries. We are also excited to host a complimentary luncheon immediately following the forum (about noon), which will include a humourous video presentation by Phil Callaway (approx. 1hour). Mark Maxwell, President of PBI and Wayne Nelson, Director of Development, will also be on hand and would love to meet you.
If you have an interest in how youth can be equipped and empowered to respond to the needs of the world, we invite you to attend this forum in the city closest to you. If you are an alumnus or friend of PBI, we warmly invite you to the luncheon. If you would like to attend the luncheon, kindly RSVP at sherry.jensen@prairie.edu. To register for the Forum, please visit the World Changers 2012 Website.
