Each year we gather together to remember the years we spent with our classmates and to celebrate God’s faithfulness through the years. We invite alumni from your graduating year plus those that are a decade before and/or after.

In more recent years, we have timed the reunion to take place during our Christian Life Week here on campus. We encourage our alumni to participate in this because each generation adds something special to that which is the Christian life.

We also have a special ceremony for our alumni celebrating their 50th year since graduating, called a Re-Graduation. This is a re-creation of your graduation ceremony, celebrating God’s faithfulness in your lives.

Reunion Schedule

  • Our chapel speaker for Christian Life Week will be Nelson Reed. Along with his wife Linda, they have been involved with Action International for many years, and this year we are recognizing them as our Distinguished Alumni for Lifelong Ministry.
  • Upon your arrival, you will receive the official schedule. Here is the tentative schedule for the reunion.

Reunion Costs

  • There is a small registration fee to help us host the event. We will compile a booklet for the Re-Grad 50th class and other classes which will also be available, for an additional cost.

Alumni and Friends Golf Classic

  • We’re bringing back Prairie College’s golf tournament, including prizes and a silent auction! It will be during the Reunion Weekend on Saturday, September 23. We have a discounted price for our alumni, but space is limited so be sure to register quickly to secure your spot! Alumni can register for the tournament through our Alumni Reunion registration, whether or not you are coming for the whole reunion weekend. You can even register your team of four, though only alumus/alumna would receive the discount. For more information about the golf tournament visit the Golf Tournament page.

  • For those who won’t be participating in the golf tournament, there will also be sports available for alumni. Plus, the Athletics department is also hosting a Kids Zone at the same time! Friday will be volleyball and basketball games on two courts, while the Kids Zone will be on the other court. Saturday the Kids zone will be open all day, with futsal games for alumni on Saturday night.

Here are key opportunities you can partner with Prairie

We have launched our Campaign for Greater Impact to provide students with the very best learning opportunities and campus facilities for the decades ahead.

In Phase One of this Campaign, we plan to invest in much-needed campus renewal, including: upgraded Infrastructure, a new Student Residence, Cafeteria, Worship Auditorium, and expanded Aviation Training Centre. A modern campus requires an investment that is bold, and even expensive, but each Campaign Project is strategic, and designed to enhance Prairie’s campus and student life experience.

Expansion of Prairie Aviation Training Centre

This expansion of PATC’s facility is a key project of Prairie’s Campaign for Greater Impact. It will increase the College’s capacity to train a new generation of Christian aviators to serve God in missions, and also address the growing need for trained pilots in the commercial aviation sector.

Scholarships & Education Fund

Invest in the next generation of missional professionals. Each year Prairie College distributes over $500,000 in scholarships and bursaries to students. We are grateful for each gift that reduces the burden of students’ tuition and allows students to fulfill their God-given professions.

Prison Bible Encounter Program

Encourage inmates in five institutions across Alberta to discover or reconnect with Jesus Christ. This fund assists the students studying the Certificate in Bible program with scholarships, resources for classes, and instruction.

General Ministries

Prairie College is educating students to pursue a Biblical foundation for life and career.  Your contribution to this fund assists in minimizing the College’s general operating expenses.
